Attachment-Based
holistic healing
Trauma-informed, depth-oriented therapy integrating somatic and body-ssssbased approaches, parts work, and EMDR …
… to help you reconnect with yourself, restore a sense of safety, and move toward greater alignment.
Therapy for adults in Pasadena, East Los Angeles, and throughout California.
Hi, welcome;
I’m so glad you’re here.
I am an Asian American Associate Marriage & Family Therapist with training in somatic and body-based therapy, parts work, and EMDR.
I support clients in finding greater steadiness within themselves, deepening their relationships with themselves and others, and gently tending to the experiences that continue to shape how they move through the world. Together, we make space to understand what has been carried, what has been learned for survival, and what may be ready to soften or shift.
My hope is to offer a space where you feel seen in the fullness of your identity, relationships, culture, and lived experience. A space where you can move at your own pace, listen more closely to yourself, and begin to cultivate a deeper sense of connection, self-trust, and alignment with who you are.
Trauma-informed and LGBTQIA+ affirming.
Special welcome to BIPOC, Asian and Asian Americans, and children of immigrants.

EMDR is an evidence-based therapeutic modality for processing past experiences that continue to impact how you show up today. While it is a powerful trauma processing model, EMDR can be an applicable tool for common emotional challenges:
People-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries
Anxiety and overthinking
Perfectionism and fear of making mistakes
Feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions
Relationship patterns that feel difficult to break
Low self-worth or a persistent sense of “not being enough”
Hypervigilance or always feeling on guard
Grief, loss, and difficult life transitions
Recurring nightmares or distressing memories
Feeling disconnected from yourself or your emotions
-
Relationship centered therapy focused on building trust and connection.

Let’s work together
You may have done years of therapy and yet find yourself constantly feeling the low hums of dissatisfaction in your day to day. Perhaps you may be looking for a new therapeutic modality to do inner work on a deeper level. Or, you may be taking the courageous step to seek out therapy for the first time. However you find yourself here, I look forward to meeting you.
Frequently Asked Questions

Our first session is an opportunity to slow down, get to know one another, and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your experiences, what you’re hoping for, and what feels important for us to understand as we begin our work together.
There’s no need to have everything figured out or to share anything before you feel ready. You’re welcome to arrive just as you are, and to share as much or as little as feels comfortable.
